These terms apply to your use of fiveleaf.co.uk, including the blog, the answers hub and any AI agent demo published here. By using the site you accept them.

They are not our service terms. Building and running AI agents is governed by a signed agreement covering scope, pricing, service levels, liability and data protection. Nothing on this website adds to, reduces or varies that agreement, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
• Attempt to gain access to areas, systems or accounts you have not been given access to.
• Scrape or bulk-extract content for the purpose of republishing it, or to train a model on it commercially.
• Introduce malicious code, or attempt to overload or disrupt the service.

Some pages on this site are internal and password-protected. Entering, guessing or circumventing that protection without authorisation is not permitted.

The written content, design, brand, code and graphics on this site belong to Fiveleaf Ltd or our licensors. You may read, print and share our articles for your own or your organisation’s internal use, and you may quote them with attribution and a link.

You may not republish them wholesale, present them as your own, or use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

We publish research, opinion and practical guidance about conversational AI, customer experience and the operations around them. It is general information written for a general audience.

It is not legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation for your specific circumstances. Regulation and the underlying technology both move; an article that was accurate when published may not be accurate when you read it. Take your own advice before acting on anything here.

Where we cite external research we say so and link the source. Those figures are the source’s, and we do not warrant them.

Results we describe are what happened in a specific deployment with a specific client, and are not a prediction of what would happen in yours. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

Where an AI agent is available on this site, it is a demonstration. Conversations with it are processed and may be retained so we can improve it — do not enter confidential information, credentials, or anyone else’s personal data into it.

AI output is generated probabilistically. It can be wrong. Do not rely on anything the demo agent tells you about pricing, capability or timelines without confirming it with us. Our privacy notice explains what is collected.

We link to other people’s sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data.

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or any published article, without notice.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we provide this website “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it.

Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the signed agreement, which sets its own limits.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
